Bellabox NZ – April

As I mentioned in my March Bellabox post, Bellabox is my first beauty subscription box I’ve ever tried. The March box is good so I was excited to receive the April box to see if it’s still worth it. Check out my haul below to know everything inside the April box.

The ‘theme’ is Social Flirt which is pretty cute.

Sun Bum.jpg

Sun Bum Premium Moisturising Sunscreen Lotion – $29NZ

The biggest item in the box is this sunscreen which I was very happy to see because it would be perfect for my upcoming trip to a hot country. I will definitely be bringing this with me.

Loveskin facial serum.jpg

Loveskin Wawai Facial Serum 10ml – $49NZ for 30ml

The was quite fragrant when I opened it and it’s this serum. I’ve never heard of this brand before but it’s NZ made and good for sensitive skin. It has avocado oil, borage seed oil, hemp seed oil, rosehip oil, sweet almond oil and lavender and geranium essential oils. It seems to be packed with oils to soothe and repair the skin. I’ve put this on at night as I’ve used up the Trilogy serum I was previously using and so far, I haven’t had any bad reactions. It is heavily scented though so if just be wary of that.

BLAQ eye mask.jpg

BLAQ Hydrogel eye mask – $29.99NZ for a 5 pack

I’ve seen this around and I’ve been wanting to try it out. I’m glad this was in the box because I’ll be bringing this with me and will put it on when I’m in the plane as we have an early flight. This has activated charcoal to de-puff and detox the skin.

Pixi Shea Butter tinted lip balm natural rose.jpg

PIXI Shea Butter Tinted Lip Balm – $16.42NZ

I follow a few UK bloggers/youtubers so I’ve heard of the PIXI brand but it’s not that easily accessible here in NZ. I’m excited to try this.

I have the shade Natural Rose which is a great shade for me for a your-lips-but-better colour.

NYX The Go-To Palette – $36.95NZ

This is the product I was super excited about. You actually got a choice between 4 other NYX eyeshadow palettes and this Go-To palette. I chose this one because it’s the most versatile for me. I don’t wear eyeshadow everyday so having this palette would be great to have in my makeup bag as it has 6 eyeshadows, highlighter, blush and bronzer.

As you can see above, the highlight had a little accident on the way here but it’s still usable and I have no problems with it.

The eyeshadow shades are definitely up my alley. I love these neutrals and there is a good mix of shades for an eye look. I absolutely love the 3rd bronzey shade.

The highlight, blush and bronzer shades are also nice and would suit my skintone. I think this is a great palette for travelling and as the per the name, it’s great for on-the-go. I’ll definitely be using this and most likely the only palette I’ll bring with me during my trip.

Swisspers facial wipe.jpg

The sample in the April box is the Swisspers Facial Cleansing Wipe. A great sample I’ll be putting straight into my bag as this would come in handy.

Based on my calculations, the products inside the April Bellabox is around $105. The box is $24.95NZ including shipping per month so this was definitely worth it and it works out to be a spend of $5 per product. It’s amazing.

So far, I’ve been really impressed with Bellabox and I can’t wait for next month’s box already!

And here comes another message. It is from one of your many fans asking about your life, and giving you daps on your sixth official month of going to the gym.

A grin appears on your face as you read another message. This person emailed you to let you know she loves your posts.

While you sip your tea, you start typing up a response. But then your cell buzzes.

It is another message coming in. You glance up at the clock–almost time for the gym. You’ll have to hit them up later.
