Beauty on Board Bellabox

This year’s limited edition Beauty on Board Bellabox has arrived and it’s pretty exciting. If you have travel plans coming up and you’re after some cool travel essentials, this may be the box for you. Continue down below if you want to see all the contents and how to get it.

This year’s box has 13 products that would be perfect for travelling. Having seen the contents, I can totally agree and I think these products would be so handy. The box is $37.95NZ and it is valued over $115.

In detail, here are the contents of this year’s Beauty on Board box:

Cancer Council BB Cream.jpg

Cancer Council BBCream – $17.95AU for 50ml

This is the first product I tried from the box. I went for a hike over the weekend and it was sunny so I needed SPF. This BB cream is in Medium Tint which worked for me. I didn’t wear any makeup but this and I liked it. It’s good to have some coverage and be protected from the sun. I think this would be a good everyday BB cream.

steve laurant lip gloss.jpg

Steve Laurant Dusty Rose Lip Tint – $31AU

I’ve tried this Steve Laurant lip tint already as I had it in November’s Bellabox. I love the packaging of this lip tint. It feels so luxe and this shade is good for me. I think it would suit most skin tones. I find the formula not sticky or drying so it’s good for every day use.

John Frieda frizz ease.jpg

John Frieda Frizz Ease shampoo and conditioner – $4.99AU

If I’m traveling to a hot and humid place, I would need this shampoo and conditioner set. My hair gets really frizzy so this would be great. I am saving this for a future trip so I can’t give you a review. However, when I shared this on my Instagram story, someone replied to me saying they love this range and she has curly hair.

jurlique rose mist.jpg

Jurlique Rosewater Balancing Mist – $52AU for 100ml full size

This is a 30ml sample size and it’s definitely good to bring when you’re travelling. You can have this in your handbag on the plane too. It is in a glass bottle though so be mindful of that in terms of it weighing more than other sprays.

PUR mascara.jpg

PUR Cosmetics Fully Charged mascara sample – $29AU for 12ml

I haven’t tried PUR cosmetics before so I’m looking forward to see what this is about. Apparently this lasts all day but I note this isn’t a waterproof formula.

Dr Bronners soap.jpg

Dr Bronner’s Pure-Castile Soap sample – $34AU for full size 946ml

I’ve heard a lot about this pure-castile soap and its many uses. It’s meant to be a versatile product that you can use for your hands, face, body, hair and more. This is definitely good to have and now it is in a biodegradable bottle.

palmolive hand sanitiser

Palmolive Hand Sanitiser full size – $2.99AU

A must have when you’re travelling. When I went to the Philippines last year and Melbourne this year, a hand sanitiser was a must. Having this in the box is truly an essential.

Garnier micellar water

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water sample – $13.99AU for full size 400ml

I’m not the biggest fan of this micellar water because I don’t really use micellar water to remove makeup. I use a face halo instead but I know this would be handy when travelling just in case.

Lonvitalite eye mask.jpg

Lonvitalite C8 Collagen Crystal Eye Mask – $36AU for full pack

I like using a face mask or eye mask while on the plane so this is another essential for me. The plane can be so dehydrating to your skin so putting an eye mask on during your flight would help with the puffiness and a boost of hydration.

Ecotools eye mask.jpg

Ecotool Relaxing Sleep Mask – $7.99AU

I cannot sleep without an eye mask so this is another must have for me especially when travelling. It’s good to just block out all the light when you need to rest.

grants toothpaste.jpg

Grants Mild Mint Toothpaste sample – $4.20AU full size 110g

Out of everything inside the box, this would probably be the most useful and essential product. We all need toothpaste. A mini size like this would be good to have in your handbag/carry on as you can’t bring a full sized one. I’ve not tried this brand before but it’s good to know that it’s vegan-friendly.

philosophy purity mask

Philosphy Purity Exfoliating Clay Mask sample – $50AU for full size 75ml

This is the smallest product inside the box but its’ probably good for to cover your full face or at least 2-3 uses if you’re just targeting certain areas as it’s meant to clarify the skin, and draw out impurities.

Overall, this year’s box is pretty good for the price of $37.95. It covers the travel essentials and it’s affordable.

I did get sent last year’s Beauty on Board box which was a lot bigger and was at a higher price point. Last year’s one was more on the luxurious side and I did use a lot of the products from that box. I do like that this year is more simplified.

If you want to grab yourself one, click this link here. if you’re travelling soon or know someone who is, this would be a good going away gift as well.
