RUBY Sweater

I know we’re heading into summer here in New Zealand. However, we still get some chilly days so before I feature more dresses and shorts here on the blog, I wanted to share this awesome RUBY sweater I won from MissFQ during NZ Fashion Week. I’ve been wearing it on the weekends since receiving it and this is how I’ve been styling it.

Casual Winter Work Outfit

I don’t know about you but I get pretty lazy dressing up during winter. Most of my outfits in the colder months lean toward the casual side. However, I can’t really do it every day due to work so I save the comfier outfits for the end of the week. Today’s post features my usual casual Friday go-to. I’ve worn this Decjuba sweater so much and I’ve made more appropriate for the office.

Denim Dress OOTD

Today’s post features my first and only denim dress. Besides jeans, I actually don’t own any other denim clothing. I know some people’s closet staple is a denim jacket but I personally haven’t found one that I liked and same goes with a denim dress.

So when Fashionlife sent me this denim dress, I was excited to see how it looks and how can I style it.

See more below for the full outfit details.

Auckland Domain

A few weeks ago I met up with a friend at Auckland Domain and we explored the area. I haven’t been back here in a long time but I love this place.

Auckland Domain is Auckland’s oldest park at 75 hectares. It is a huge place and was formed around a cone of an extinct volcano. What I love about this place is there are lots to do and see. There is the Auckland War Memorial Museum, Wintergardens, walkways and just a great green open space area near the city. Parking is free for up to 3 hours too and that’s hard to find in Auckland now.

This day, we explored the domain and specifically wanted to see the Cherry Blossom trees. We actually got lost the first time but we found it eventually as you’d see in the photo above.
