I don’t wear skirts often but when I do, it’s likely to be pleated. This green pleated skirt has been a favourite of mine. I wanted to share the ways I wear it.
This is the second outfit Laura shot and I love how they turned out. She had this location in mind and we swapped between the driveway and the green wall.
Last Saturday, I was invited to a wedding. It was my first Indian wedding which was quite exciting. However, I wasn’t fully prepared for it and I scrambled for an outfit at the very last minute. I didn’t have a saree so I didn’t dress up traditional but I still really liked this outfit I ended up wearing.

During my Christmas/New Year break from work, I did a bit of decluttering so I had a bunch of clothing and homeware stuff I didn’t want anymore. I wanted to donate them to an opshop so I headed over to the Salvation Army. After dropping them off, I checked out the store and I managed to find a few clothing items.

I have another thrift haul to share today. I wanted to share this one because it is from a bargain bin of one of my favourite opshops.
As you may know, I love thrifting/opshopping and I go to a few different ones. One of the North Shore Hospice shops has a warehouse at the back of the normal shop where there are bargain bins and piles of clothing, books, appliances and furniture. The warehouse shop of the North Shore Hospice is the cheapest of all opshops I go to.
It has been a while since I posted a thrift haul but I have thrifted a few times these past two months. I will break it down into two posts so this is the stuff I got from Savemart and Recycle Boutique. I’ll save the other one for another day because I don’t want this to be too long.

Last week, I made a last minute Boohoo order. I initially wanted to get outfits for NZ Fashion Week but in the end I just bought these things because I liked them and I wanted to try something different. I previously posted a Boohool haul back in May and since that was a successful haul, I was quite excited to order.
The clothes from my haul are from the sale section as I’m not a big spender when it comes to clothing. Shipping was also super quick. It arrived 6 days later.

This a bit overdue but I have been loving Valleygirl lately. They have great sales on and they have good basics. I’ve actually bought more than what is shown above so see below for details.

My previous opshop haul was from Recycle Boutique. This time around, I checked out my nearest SaveMart in hope of getting some good stuff.
SaveMart can be a hit and miss. It is a huge opshop and the amount of stuff inside can be overwhelming. I could easily spend more than 2 hours in there if I go through every single rack but it will also give someone a headache.
For this opshopping trip, I didn’t have anything in mind and I managed to get a few things. I was even lucky enough to find a Forever New dress!
