If you can’t already tell by having this blog and Instagram, I love taking photos. I take way too many photos and most of the time, they just end up in my camera roll and eventually deleted. I don’t have photo albums or frames in the house as it’s not really my style but I like to display some of my favourite photos and memories another way: fridge magnets.
I want to start off by saying I am no way sponsored by Magnapix at all. It would’ve been great but I just genuinely love the product since I first ordered 2 years ago. I’ve been meaning to post about it but I didn’t get around to doing it until now.
I discovered Magnapix through Grabone back in 2015. The photos above were from my latest order from them. I wanted to share this in case people didn’t know and I think it’s a great way to have photos in your house without getting them framed or putting them up on the wall. Perfect for people who rent because we can’t nail stuff on the walls either.
I’ve done 3 orders prior to the one above and I’ve given them as gifts to family and friends too. My latest order had photos from the best wedding I’ve ever been to, Sydney and Tongariro trips and my loves Turbo and Mouse. It was about time I have photos of them up on my fridge.
I also love that they’re easily replaceable. You can take one or a few off if you don’t like the photo/s anymore. I had to take a few magnets down after this happened so my fridge was looking a bit bare. I also wanted newer and better memories up on there to remind me that life is good.
I now have my friends, family and my cute cats up in my fridge. Something like this is quite simple but it makes my house feels more of a home.
The fridge magnets are 6.8cm x 6.8cm and you get 8 magnets per order. They’re usually $20 but they have deals sometimes with codes for either free shipping or half price. Check out their Facebook page for that. You can choose photos using your computer or the app. I’ve tried both and the app is easier if you have all the photos in your phone already.
I hope this random post is helpful for some of you. I think this is a great way to display photos in the house in a cute and affordable way.
