Exactly this time last year I shared my 2022 reads. I’ve been sharing a roundup of the books I’ve read since 2020 and I thought I’d also share what I read in 2023.

My Top 2022 Books
In 2020, I rediscovered my love of reading and ever since then I have read consistently throughout the year. It has been one of my favourite things to do to unwind and relax. Last year was a big reading year for me and I want to share my top reads and the books that stood out to me.
Continue readingJanuary 2021 Highlights
January is my birthday month. 2020 was a rollercoaster of a year so for this year, I want to focus more on the positives and good things. I thought it would be nice to look back on my highlights so I thought my birthday month and the first month of the new year would be a great start.
I actually did a lot of exciting and fun things in January so I’ve compiled them all down below.
2017: A Review
I have been a terrible blogger as the last time I posted here was back in October. The later part of the year is always so hectic and I also lost my blogging mojo. I’m hoping to get it back this year so to start afresh (even though this post is also a bit late), I want to look back on 2017 which has been a year of change.
2017 was by far, the hardest year as it truly tested my strength but it also turned out to be the best. It made me a stronger and better person. I took every opportunity that was presented to me and it was the year that I really felt like I was being myself. In a way, my break up was like me being set free from the anchor that weighed me down. I was finally able to live my life how I should’ve.
September Highlights
I wanted to write about my September Highlights/Recap because it was such a busy but great month. A lot of different things happened such as blog events, catch up with friends and eating lots of food.
The Food Show 2017
It is that time of the year again and The Food Show is back in Auckland. I went for the first time last year and it was great so I wanted to check out this year’s show. I went with my friend today and I wanted to share today’s experience because you still have 2 more days left to check out this year’s show.
I’ll share what we got up to, my haul and stalls I recommend checking out.
March Highlights
I’m aware we’re in the second week of April already but I thought I’d share how last month was because it was jam-packed but it was amazing. It was quite an eventful month so I’ll be sharing my highlights and this is also a way for me to remember the great times.
Welcome!
Hello everyone! My name is Angela and I am a collector of a lot of things. From clothes, shoes, bags to makeup and home decor.
I have been blogging on Tumblr for 5 years but I thought I’d try a different platform and see where this takes me!
This blog will be a compilation of things I love, I’ve experienced, consumed or created.
Here a few things about me:
- I live in Auckland, New Zealand. I love this country and it is where I now call home.
- I am a planner with a side passion for all things fashion, style and beauty.
- I am a foodie. I love trying new places to eat and I have a major sweet tooth.
- I am addicted to Instagram (astylecollector) and post there almost every day.
- I absolutely love lipsticks and have a growing lipstick collection.
- I have recently moved out of my parent’s house and I have been really into home decorating.
- I love taking photographs and I enjoy capturing memories. My photos are taken from a Canon 600D or my trusty iPhone.
I hope you enjoy my future posts! I have a few lined up! 🙂
