This week is New Zealand Fashion Week and I’ll be attending my first show this morning. In light of this week’s fashionable events, I thought I’d post this Kenzo dress I got from Savemart because it’s one of my trendy ‘fashun’ things in my closet.

I absolutely love this but scoping out photos on social media and other blogs, it seems like black is the colour of choice of fashion week attendees. I’m unsure whether to wear this bright dress in the next four days yet so I’ll see how that goes.

Since this dress is quite bright, I opted for plain black heels and a hat to top off the look.

The tiger print in the front is quite out there but I love it. This dress also has pockets which is an added bonus. I love dressed with pockets!

I kept the jewellery minimal too with just a few silver rings.

Since it’s still a bit cold to rock bare legs at the moment, I also styled the dress to suit winter weather.

I added on tights and Topshop boots to finish off the look. I put my hair in a bun too for a more casual vibe.

Do you think I should wear this to NZFW or is it a bit too bright? I have plans for today’s and tomorrow’s outfits already but I have none for NZ Fashion Weekend and this could potentially be one of them.
